At the well-maintained campsite at Badsee, you'll find the lovingly landscaped Herzlesweg (Heart Trail). A roughly 2.5-mile circular path through the forest, it features numerous heart-shaped markers with heartfelt sayings, opportunities to play games like Heart Memory and Heart Target, and activities to get your circulation going with squats and other activities. Highly recommended; it's relaxing, touching, and fun all at the same time.

On January 25, 2025, some sections of the boardwalk were not there. Large parts of the path were flooded and still partly frozen, but it is easy to fall through up to your knees. Signs prohibiting bicycles on both sides. Of course I pushed and sometimes carried my bike. At the moment I would advise against this route.

The bathing lake can definitely be recommended for the whole family, a large lawn for sunbathing, a flat access to the lake for both young and old visitors. The food was also delicious, it's been a while since we were there, I hope what you said about the food is still true!? LG Brigitte

Beautiful lake, just a pity that you can't get to it anywhere without having to pay.
