The Transrapid Visitor Center in Lathen is now operated by a support association. After more than 15 years of inactivity, it was reactivated in July 2022 and has since welcomed nearly four-digit visitor numbers each month. Visitors can look forward to an interesting display of exhibits and guided tours through the visitor center. The aim of the association is to combat the lost place image of the test facility and to keep the technology in people's minds.
