Managed to catch some snow to test the new winter boots ahead of the big melt and Storm Isha coming in tomorrow. It was lovely and soft with drifts up to thigh deep in places. Quity windy on the summit ridge, as foreacst (30km/h winds at 600m). We followed the skyline trail from Tarland centre up the Broomhill and Pressendye, …
