The largest free standing dome on a building in Europe, this building is part of the University of Derby (was the hospital at one time). There is a cafe, restaurant and various beauty treatment places inside the building all run by the trainee students.
Free to visit just to look at the impressive inside or to visit the cafe. The restaurant is recommended for lunch but you'll need to book and put aside at least 1.5 hours.
