Interestingly, beer was brewed in Bojanowo as early as the 17th century. The first mention dates back to 1685, when as many as 26 small, craft breweries operated here
However, the current brewery was established in 1881. Its development was associated with the Junke family. Franz Junke bought the brewery and transformed it into an industrial plant modern for its time. In the Polish People's Republic, the brewery fell into decline, and in 1999 it was declared bankrupt. It was only in 2012 that Marek Jakubiak bought it and resumed production.
