In Walestraat in Hombeek stands a relatively well-preserved part of a V2. It comprises the combustion chamber (top) and the exhaust (bottom). This commemorates the impact of a V2 at the end of World War II. According to an information sign, the V2 was launched on March 1, 1945, from Hachenburg (Rhineland-Palatinate).
