The museum is a collection of very diverse agricultural machines and tools. Around 1850, the Count of Wissekerke decided to build a barn to dry one of the main products of the polder, wijmen (willow vines). Wijmen were the raw material for basketry, which flourished in this region. The barn was built in a more or less "Swiss" style, which the count had picked up during his European tours.
Museum is only open on Sundays from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
