    Hiking

If you are in Sydney and looking for some peace and quiet, you should make a detour to the Botanical Garden! Here you can experience an oasis of calm in the middle of the city. The Botanical Garden is one of the oldest public parks in Australia and an important part of Sydney's history and culture.

A walk through the garden is a good option for all nature lovers and city visitors. You will be impressed by the diversity of plants and flowers that are native here. The Domain pond, surrounded by a beautiful fountain, is also particularly worth seeing.

Established in 1816, the 158-acre botanic garden is home to 8,900 plant species, including ancient eucalyptus and gum trees, as well as descendants of the 200-million-year-old Wollemi pine.
Just steps away from the bustle of the downtown core, it is a place to escape for peaceful walks. Great views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and adjacent to the spectacular Art Gallery of NSW.
