Mountain biking
While there is a crossing here (and Komoot routes across it) I would avoid it as the path is only marked by sticks and few short posts.
The river is also tidal and even at low tide you would still have to wade through water and mud to cross it.
So best to avoid crossing here and go up river to Lopwell Dam, where there is a granite walkway at low tide.
