Lovely cycle up Glen Esk to Invermark Castle. Coffee available at the Glen Esk Retreat at certain times. Dead end (on a road bike).
Great pedal on a road bike, but a bit of a long haul on a mountain bike / average on cross bike.
If on a mountain bike, you could follow on offroad up the Mount Keen path and even over to Glen Tanar.
