Path to the hanging bridge is not obvious. As the road dips, and you see that it's no longer passable, take the path going up on your left, that's where the hanging bridge will be. Stop before crossing, as the bridge can only accommodate one bike/motorcyle at a time/one way.

The path going up the hanging bridge won't be obvious. As the road dips, you'll notice that the road ahead is full of deep and muddy ruts. Stop right there, and you'll see a path going up on your left. It's beside a house. Go up on that path and you'll see the beams supporting the hanging bridge. Stop at the start, to make sure no one is crossing from the other end. The hanging bridge is just wide enough for one motorcycle crossing one way.
