Here it is possible, if you carefully cross the stone bridge, to dive right into an old, approx. 60 cm wide rock tunnel path. In the middle of the tunnel there is a rock window and you can have a look at the "Mole".

To visit this mill, the most beautiful and largest of the route, you have to go down a small path (going towards Blera) and cross the river bed, where possible. In August it was easy, because the river was quite dry, but at other times of the year I don't know.

Unfortunately we were unable to go beyond the first kilometer as the path was completely invaded by too tall and stinging plants that did not allow us to see where our feet were resting which led us to a close encounter with a snake. I hope for a future remediation in order to properly enjoy the experience. On the other hand, the Etruscan dovecote and the dark quarry are truly suggestive.
