Valdemarslund was once the seat of a forestry master in Gurre. The property is privately owned today - by very nice people who invited to take photos. In the cellar the view fell u.a. on a huge turtle under two heat lamps.

Hiking

The barn to the left is called "Storkeladen" (stork barn) because storks used to have a nest there. The barn is of historical importance, in earlier times plant seeds were dried and the building is now owned by the "Naturstyrelsen" authority.
