The Clog & Billycock is named after its former landlord who wore his clogs and billycock whilst pulling pints behind the bar. There has been a pub here for over 150 years.
The pub makes a perfect retreat in the cold winter weather with a fire place and cosy seating area. Food is served 1200-2100 daily.

The Clog & Billycock is named after its characterful former landlord who would always wear his clogs and billycock hat while serving behind the bar. There’s been a pub here for over 150 years. The original was called the Bay Horse, before it was changed to its current name in 1973.
It’s a cosy, traditional country pub with log fires, charming furniture, flagstone floors and a garden room. Good food is served daily from 12 noon to 9pm.
