Flat coastal run, lovely views out to see. You will come across a military gate that will at first appear to be shut. Press the buzzer and it should open to allow you to continue on the footpath.

Tricky running in places. Over grown in summer with brambles and nettles. Surface uneaven in parts so keep your wits about you. That said great trail very quiet.
