The Tournerie farm is a collective farm with innovative methods that respect the environment.
11 young people aged 25 to 30, graduates of a higher school of agricultural engineers, have joined forces to create a collective farm in Coussac-Bonneval, in Haute-Vienne. The farm, which covers 83 hectares, produces organic fruits, vegetables, cheeses, pork, bread and beer. It relies on high-performance tools: 3 greenhouses of 1,500 m² with an autonomous irrigation system and 6 production workshops (brewery, bakery with bread oven and mill, cheese dairy, processing laboratory, goat farm and milking workshop)
