Mountain biking

The Naturhindernis racecourse, originally called the Goldschmiedinger Renn-Bahn, was an obstacle course for horse racing in Castrop-Rauxel. Today, the site is listed and is used as a recreational area. The extensive paths and lawns invite you to go for a walk and cycling as well as to linger in the countryside.

Mountain biking

This is a unique park landscape with an exciting history in close proximity to the old town of Castroper. The little detour is definitely worth it.
