A Wide Range of Hiking and Walking TrailsThe forest area of Lassalyckan Recreation Centre is a considerable size and offers a wide variety of trails and hikes. A lot of the forest hiking will be on trails or paths suitable for mountain bikes as well as hiking, so you need to have your wits about you. The trails run through a beautiful forest environment and are well marked. Most of the trails start and end at the recreation centre, which is only a ten-minute walk from the bus stop at Simhallen.

Lassalyckan Recreation Area on the outskirts of Ulricehamn is southern Sweden's first official Vasaloppet centre. This year-round venue provides the very best facilities for cross-country skiing, trail running and mountain biking. In addition, it has a gym and other indoor sports arenas. This bespoke facility provides excellent training opportunities, and as a result there is a whole network of well-marked walking trails meshed into the whole area.
