The organic wines from the Befehlhof winery are interesting and sometimes unusual. The vintner works only with natural yeasts and lets the wines ferment completely. The result is bone-dry wines with a very distinct character. All wines show a strong mineral note. My favorite is the still rosé, which tastes of redcurrant and wild strawberry. Despite the dryness, it makes you smile. The rosé also has absolutely nothing to do with gummy bears. I am delighted.
