Thanks for the info! But I had already given up. From Orte I go up to Amelia and down to Narni scalo, lengthening, because there is no decent passage to get to San Liberato from Orte and continue to Narni!!! Who knows if they will ever fix it🤞🤞

The passage is definitely closed by a gate. It is possible to follow the Ciclovia San Liberato–Otricoli which, however, is almost impassable by road bike, both due to the sometimes very rough dirt road and two climbs, also on rough dirt, with gradients that are not rideable with road wheels.
