Entering south into via S. Pietro, you come to viale Salmatoris, at the end of which you will find the castle. The majestic manor has a square plan, with towers at the four corners with Ghibelline battlements and a smaller one on the entrance with a drawbridge. To the right of the castle the visitor is offered a nice walk along the avenue of plane trees. It enjoys a splendid view over the hills of Novello, La Morra and Vergne.

Remnant of the ancient castle, the tower (33 m high), symbol of Cervere reproduced in the municipal coat of arms, with a quadrangular plan is connected to a much larger structure preserved only at the level of the foundations.
