This building was part of a project for a Parador de Turismo and ski resort subsidized by the Diputación de Palencia. To this day, the only ones who take advantage of it are the shepherds and their cattle that graze on those mountains.

Summit of the Natural Park of the Palencia Mountain. At the top we find the Torreón, a small stone tower with a vertex and a cross at its highest point. The views from here are spectacular!

Despite currently being abandoned, the views from here are wonderful no matter which way you look. It is reached by paved road with little traffic and it is worth going up to enjoy the panoramic views of the Palencia Mountain.
