Long Beach Boardwalk is a wide, pedestrian-friendly path perfect for a run, relaxing bike ride or walk along the ocean. Stretching for over 2 miles, it offers fresh sea air, beach access, and plenty of spots to stop for food or drinks. Early mornings are quieter, while afternoons can get busier.

This park has the rare view of the Reynolds Channel, as most of the shore is lined with property. If you'd like to get the full view, jump off the bike and head into the park on foot.

The beachfront bike path connecting Rockaway Beach to Long Beach is amazing. Some areas will be populated with beach goers, while other areas will be deserted. The actual Long Beach area itself was not my favorite place, but as part of a long beachfront bike ride it's a great stopping point.

Small park where you can catch a view of the water at Reynolds Channel — most of the north shore of Long Beach Barrier Island is lined with homes/private property.

Boardwalk with lovely ocean views and a marked "bike lane," but the old wood doesn't make for the smoothest riding experience. Still, tolerable for a stretch of beachfront riding.
