This trail circumnavigates the sports complex known as South Germantown Recreational Park. It provides a nice paved surface that accesses the many amenities the park has to offer, such as tennis courts and soccer fields. You wouldn't think so, but this lake is fairly new, created in 1984 to supply drinking water to the surrounding area. It's surrounded by the wonderful nature of Black Hill Regional Park. The lake is stocked with many fish species for fishing such as catfish, bass and sunfish.
