It is the westernmost spur of the Rätikon range. The mountain lies within the municipality of Fläsch, with the village located slightly south between Regitzer Spitz and the Rhine to the west. The northern foot of the Fläscherberg forms the state and national border with the Principality of Liechtenstein.
