Very nice, smooth asphalt on this section. First, the Elbe River comes into view, then a castle on the hill.

From Pardubice to Podebrady: Lots of beautiful sections, but also some that are strenuous and even dangerous! At least 20km of single trail or dirt roads of any quality are more suitable for mountain or gravel bikes. Before Podebrady, crossing the bridge becomes a real adventure, see pictures. I wouldn't want to have to do something like that when it's wet.

Normal street as Elbe cycle path. Between Pardubice and Hradec Kralove there is still a beautiful bike path missing on the Elbe. In 2018 I noticed construction work in some places.

Short but nice bike path overlooking the Kunětická mountain. The road is separated from the main road, so you do not have to get between cars for a while.
