The elementary school in Rindenmoos was built in 1914-1915 according to the plan of the Biberach district master builder Gengenbach with the active support of the Rindenmoos state parliament member Fliegauf and the citizens. There is a schoolroom on the ground floor and the teacher's apartment on the upper floor. The inauguration and opening took place in complete silence on November 3, 1915 out of respect for the seriousness of the times. The baking association was founded in 1949. Until it was dissolved in 1961, baking took place in the schoolhouse basement on Fridays and Saturdays between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m. In the local elementary schools, all eight school classes were taught in one room until 1971. From 1971, the 3rd and 4th grades were taught in Rindenmoos, the 1st and 2nd grades in Rißegg, while higher classes attended secondary schools in Biberach. In the spring of 1979, the elementary school in Rindenmoos was taken out of the school association and all students were taught in the new elementary school in Rißegg. From this point on, the school hall served as a club room and the teacher's apartment was rented out. From the beginning of 1992, a kindergarten was operated on the ground floor. After this was closed again in 2008 due to declining numbers of children, the building is once again available for club activities.
