Very good restaurant hotel, which is run by a Basque. Tel: +33 5 62 40 03 97 Alternative for the hiking center / gite in Germ, where you can also camp as far as I think. The Auberge de Germ restaurant also has a bar. Alternatively, you can go to Chez Lily's tapas bar.
