In the information center, you will receive all important information for your stay at the two ship lifts. If you are interested in a visit or guided tour, corresponding tickets can be purchased at the counter. The special exhibition on the new ship lift is also located in the information center and can be visited free of charge.

Between March and October, scheduled trips are offered several times a day with the ships "Luise" and "Freiherr von Münchhausen II". The journey begins here at the landing stage in the lower harbor of the Old Ship Lift, near the entrance to the over 400-year-old Finow Canal. After the lift has been completed, the ship turns around in the upper harbor area and returns to the starting point after the downward journey.
