The wings of the Galarieholländer mill, built in 1852, turned for about 100 years. After that, this mill also fell victim to the great mill death in East Frisia. Also in 1991, the association "Möhlenkring Rhaude/Holte e.V." was founded. With a lot of volunteer effort, the mill was restored to such an extent that the octagon and the mill cap could be put on in 1996. In 1997, the wings were mounted, so that the structure is complete again. The mill is used as an event and exhibition space.
