From the hill, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the Münsterland park landscape. At the foot of the depression once stood Ichterloh Castle, which, after approximately 500 years of history, was sadly demolished in 1875. The rest area is very beautiful and offers plenty of space for visitors, with a table and benches, as well as two hiking loungers.

Westerwinkel Castle is privately owned and cannot be visited without a guide. However, you can visit the wonderful park. In spring, many cherry trees bloom here.
