One of my favourite running spots overlooking the Pier. Even though you run along the coast, which you think is flat. The costal route can be up and down.

The lighthouse was built in 1856 but superseded by the construction of the new piers and lighthouses between 1885 and 1907.

This segment has a lovely straight to gradual down back. Nice when you stretch off any legs or pick up the pace/stride out.

Very long stretch of public footpath suitable for cycling, walking/running, and dogs. I saw many on my walk today.

Always nice dropping down onto the marina to check out the docked boats. Sometimes seeing a bigger ship docked. Lovely on a summer day.

Although you have to run on the road on this section. I always really like this segment whenever I'm of a run in the area. It's a nice little downward incline for about 600m. You always want to pick up speed on it.
