A magnificent wooden Greek Catholic church in Kotania, dedicated to St. Cosmas and Damian. It was probably built in the second half of the 18th century, and was later rebuilt many times. A real piece of local history. Even if you are not religious, it makes an impression.

The most valuable monument of Dukla. The church dates back to 1461, but at that time it was a typical Gothic temple. In 1738 it burned down, and the reconstruction carried out in 1742 - 1765 completely changed its appearance. Large side chapels were then added, and the interior of the church received Rococo decoration and furnishings. Over the centuries, the church was destroyed by fires several times and then rebuilt. It was last thoroughly renovated in 2007. He restored the original polychrome of the walls and altars. The roof covering was also replaced.

The armored gun was placed outside the military exhibition area, at a nearby parking lot, on a fenced grassy area. There are concrete slabs under the tracks to prevent the heavy vehicle from settling down and becoming overgrown with grass. The exhibit can be viewed through the fence.

Acacia alley in Dukla - an alley of black locust located on the national road No. 19 in the towns of Dukla and Zboiska. The avenue, due to its historical, landscape and spatial values, was entered into the register of monuments in 2013. The avenue, together with the palace and the park, is a unique development on a national scale. In Podkarpacie, it is the only so long avenue of black locust. The avenue was built in the first half of the 19th century. At that time, Dukla was a private town a wonderful residence of the Mniszech family. The palace in Dukla was one of the most important cultural centers in Poland at that time. (...) Individual trees are about 19–22 m high and the crown range is about 8–10 m. The rows are about 15 m apart. They are slightly inclined towards the axis of the road (...) According to the 2011 inventory, the avenue had 247 trees, and the plantings were estimated to be about 100 years old. Source and more: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleja_akacjowa_w_Dukla

At the entrance to Dukla from Krosno, there is an impressive avenue consisting of over 200 black locust trees arranged parallel to each other. It looks and smells most attractive during the flowering season, at the end of May and in the first half of June. It is probably the longest avenue of black locusts in the world. The black locust was brought to Europe from North America by the French botanist Robin. Initially planted as an ornamental tree, later it also spread in forests. It is a species resistant to pollution, hence it is often planted along roads. Source: http://it.dukla.pl/aleja-robinii-akacjowych/

The Dukla Pass, the lowest and most convenient for communication in the Carpathians, became the site of two huge battles during the First and Second World Wars in the 20th century. To this day, the wooded hills and valleys around Dukla are covered with a great number of military monuments, which are the remnants of past battles fought by hundreds of thousands of German, Austrian, Hungarian, Russian, Czechoslovak and Soviet soldiers. Already in 1964, an exhibition devoted to the battle of autumn 1944 was opened in the Dukla palace - most of the military items on display were donations and purchases from local residents penetrating the Dukla battlefield. Then, the museum exhibition was supplemented with transfers from military units, purchases from collectors and finders, and deposits from the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw. (...)
