Old Bethpage Village Restoration is an amazing pre-Civil War farm village that has had other historic local structures from different parts of Long Island moved to within its village curtiladge. These include the Manetto Hill Methodist Church, the Powell Farmhouse, Layton's Store, the Noon Inn tavern, the Bach Blacksmith Shop, a variety of craft shops, and residential homes. Of the 51 preserved and seven reconstructed buildings on site, only twenty are open to the public.

Great protected North-South bikeway. There is a parking lot on Old Country Road and East Bethpage way for the trailway and there might be others.
