This park features an indoor recreation center, a playground, a basketball court, shuffleboard courts, an open field, three pickleball courts, a tennis court, picnic tables, and restrooms. A nice path takes you around the area, offering beautiful views of Sarasota Bay.

This trail extends around 18.5 miles and connects the towns of Sarasota and Venice. It’s nicely paved and popular among hikers, runners, and bikers. This section takes you through the heart of Oscar Scherer State Park, offering a pleasant route through a nicely forested area.
