Cape of Four Skeletons is a modern rest stop on the Blue Velo section between Goleniów and Szczecin, located on the Bay of Skeletons on Lake Dąbie. The name is humorous in origin – it was cheerfully given by Szczecin boaters, with no connection to real skeletons. The cape consists of five nooks with piers and shelters, ideal for resting cyclists, drinking water, and admiring the wild waterside landscape.

Wreck spectacularly tilted, a graceful object for photos, apparently people peek inside, but the view from the bike is enough for me :)

The marina and the adjacent beach are nicely developed. Note, the shop nearby had a sign "cash payment only", I don't know if this is permanent or just when I was there

The star-shaped squares in Szczecin are always reminiscent of Paris and are a beautiful architecture

Bartolomeo Colleoni was a famous Venetian commander of mercenary troops. His monument, standing on Lotników Square, is a faithful copy of the Renaissance original. For many years it was in Warsaw, in 2002 it returned to Szczecin. The monument depicts the famous Venetian condottiere (commander of mercenary troops, who formed the army at his own expense). It is one of the most impressive copies of the most famous Renaissance works. The original was made by Andrea del Verrocchio. The copy was created for the needs of the Szczecin City Museum in 1913. After the war, the monument was donated to Warsaw, as part of support for the destroyed capital. It took its place in the courtyard of the Academy of Fine Arts. It returned to Szczecin only in 2002. In 2009 it underwent renovation, after which it regained the weapon held in its right hand.
