This building under construction will house the "Andrés de Vandelvira" Conservatory of Music in Jaén. It is very late, as is usual in works that depend on public administrations, but everything seems to indicate that it will be inaugurated in the first quarter of 2025. As a characteristic related to the design, it should be said that the building is shaped like a grand piano, which is why in the photographs the corners are not such but appear rounded imitating the aforementioned shape.
