Rumbling Bridge is named after the noise of the wild River Braan that flows under it. The waterfall is visible from the bridge, and it's said that at times of high water it roars!

The first very nice walk in Scotland. What a cool country

Translated by Google

The perfect swim walk near Dunkeld. Follow woodland footpaths past The Hermitage, a folly on the river Tay that’s one of the oldest tourist attractions in Scotland, and you’ll reach deep, inviting pools where you can dip. Further on, the path opens up and there are amazing waterfall pools just upstream from Rumbling Bridge. From here we did a circular route back with far-off mountain views.

Nice circular walk, varied habitat and very well signposted. No map needed.
