March 27, 2023,Abwechslungsreiche Frigiliana Hausberg-Runde mit Flussbettwanderung
We did this really nice hike and were very surprised by the variety! Spring is showing up in March along the dried-up river bed :). However, the original Komoot hike leads along a part that is now occupied by private property. Following the path you come back to the path after a while. The last part of the loop can …

From Frigiliana, I walked downstream along the Rio Higueròn. It's a constant descent along the riverbed. It's actually quite easy to walk, and on my hike in May, my feet even stayed dry. There's a tricky section where you drop several meters over smooth, washed-out stones. At first, I tried to climb around this spot to the right, but it …

We actually wanted to drive the double-walked section at the beginning. But given the very narrow road with a gradient of what felt like 30%, we decided to walk instead. That turned out to be really hard at the end of the tour.
All of the paths on this hike are marked as hiking trails on Komoot. However, there were …

First construction site and Schuttlevada, then high up and down again. The real highlight of the tour is the narrow and deep gorge with the mountain village at the end

Showing Translation

Don't take the same start to the tour as the path is already pretty much destroyed. Also, there are no fuses attached. It is best to plan the tour in the other direction and then choose the same way to climb again. Otherwise super nice and varied.

Showing Translation

Very strenuous hike because of the high temperatures of 32 degrees. Otherwise really nice T2 hike completely alone through the river bed and up the mountain 400 hm, not without in the heat. Great view over the place. No exposed areas, doable even with a fear of heights. There is plenty of free parking on site.
