Proper bit of Derbyshire XC... https://youtu.be/t-r5oLsCiww?si=tdWrW21JmiAreiqx
An excellent day out on the mountain bike today. Really challenging but beautiful route made more difficult because of the ground conditions. Deep and sticky mud made it difficult to pedal and make progress. Worth it though for the challenge and the beautiful scenery
I did not climb almost 5000 feet on this ride, i think it was more like 2900. My watch obviously having a moment
I'm taking on 100 miles in November to transform the future of pancreatic cancer. 👟 Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer. Half of people with the disease die within three months of diagnosis. With research underfunded and left behind, people are left with only hope to hold onto. That’s why we really need your support this November during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. Donate now and you could help put a test in the hands of every GP 💜 Together, we can raise awareness of the disease and the signs and symptoms, so that people can get a crucial diagnosis, sooner. Just £29 could fund further research to improve the speed of diagnosis. £212 could allow researchers to study 13 patient samples to learn more about the genetic changes that make people more likely to develop pancreatic cancer. Thank you so much for your support! 🙏 https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Ben1759808808433?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL
