Knott Summit Cairn

Highlight • Viewpoint

At 2,329 feet (710m), Knott is the highest fell in the Back O'Skiddaw area. From here, you can link really easily onto Great Calva, Great Sca Fell and Great Lingy Hut. The grassy terrain makes for easy walking, and in good weather you can easily avoid the boggy bits.

Great Lingy Hut

Highlight • Mountain Hut

Great Lingy Hut is a wooden bothy below the summit of Great Lingy Hill. Situated in a remote, isolated and exposed part of the Lakes, the hut is well-placed for hikers on the Cumbria Way.
