In Wales again at my mates place to do a bit of work then get a short ride in before the rain and did it rain big time 😆 if you ever ever come to Wales and moan about the weather then I'm sorry to say you are a bit of a fool as it is Wales 👍😀🚴

Nice steady morning ride although I was naughty and went off the proper trails where I shouldn't have been, not altogether my fault as the routes I was supposed to be on don't exist anymore 🤔 so adapt and get on with it 🙂🚴
