Warbstow Bury is an Iron Age Hill Fort. which is the best preserved in the county. Two sentry boxes were positioned here in the Second World War where the Home Guard would keep watch for enemy aircraft.

It is easily accessible from the road, although this would involve walking across a grassy area.
