Hiking
This contrasting circular hike takes you through the Black Forest National Park to the high moorland to the Wildseeblick and Eutinggrab. Great views of the Rhine plain and Vosges await you along the Westweg. The path is signposted as one of the Baiersbronner Himmelswege with a deer as a signpost.
Right at the beginning it goes uphill. At about four kilometers, the route takes you from the start in Hinterlangenbach from 700 meters up to almost 1,000 meters. After a short descent you will reach the Wilder See in the middle of the Bannwald. Time has already left its mark here and shows impressively how a "jungle of tomorrow" is being created here without human influence.
You go up a steep path again and make a detour to the Wildseeblick and Eutinggrab at 1,050 meters. The Darmstädter Hütte offers a first stop after about another kilometer. Now the path leads north along the western slope of the Black Forest, sloping slightly to the Seibelseckle. Along the Westweg you can enjoy magnificent views of the Rhine plain and up to the Vosges. The second place to stop is in the cozy Seibelseckle hiking rest hut.
Via the Brandhütte it goes down into the Langenbachtal to the game reserve and finally to the Auerhahn forester's lodge, where there is the third stop. The different Black Forest vegetation and wonderful views make every hiker's heart beat faster.

In connection with a motorcycle tour, I went hiking in the Black Forest National Park.
I parked in the public forest parking lot at the forester's house Auerhahn.
From there it goes down a few steps and then over a steep path in the forest up to the Brandhütte. From there …

After not hearing anything from me about the Black Forest in a while, here's another beautiful, scenic hike. My sweetheart canceled the tour at the last minute 😔. But for health reasons, I understand and bring you some lovely pictures.

Accordingly, I didn't get to the top until around 10 a.m. But the weather deterred some hikers. The parking lot was still relatively empty. But it was cold and very windy. The …
