In winter the path can be muddy. Less suitable for strollers etc. You can really walk in peace for a long time without cars and other disturbances.

Lake Weissensee is a true gem! We're drawn here again and again; it's simply impossible to do without countless photo stops. Today's highlights: swimming, the water temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius, a dream, and then we even got to observe a family of great crested grebes, including feeding their two young birds! 🤩

Today a little hike at the Weissensee in Carinthia. The lake already has a Caribbean flair with its turquoise water 🏝 and its white beach 🏖. And then these mountains 🏞 all around, just gorgeous.
