Water, water and more water. This tour around St. Johann in Tirol takes you to a roaring place. On an exciting hiking trail with one or the other bridge across the Eifersbach, this round is the perfect adventure for little mountain hikers with their parents. The waterfall is a wonderful cool-down, especially on hot days.
From the St. Johann center you hike along the Fieberbrunner Ache to the Reitham hamlet. Here you cross the railroad tracks, a little later the street. And with the Theresienkapelle at the former Samerbadl you are already a little further in the wonderful nature.
It goes slightly uphill over a forest road. You now always walk along the Eifersbach - it leads you on a narrow and narrowing path, steps and bridges right in front of the waterfall itself. The roaring water is a great sight - you can even feel the spray on your face, come so close you approach him.
If you have let the sight of it work on you long enough, a staircase and serpentines lead steeply up again to a forest road. Then an idyllic forest path takes you down into the valley and back to the center of St. Johann.

After the beautiful weekly market we went over the Eifersbach waterfall up to the Hornblicksee. Here there is a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains such as the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn.
