A beautiful loop along the Schimmelünde nature reserve with a view of the Schimmel estuary and Port Olpenitz.
We were there shortly after the severe storm surge 🌊 on October 20th, 2023 🍁🍂 and were able to get an idea of the numerous damage to the dike and the many sunken yachts 🛥️ in the harbor of Maasholm.
