The hiking trail starts on the German bank of the Our, near Tëntesmillen.
This route is like a journey into the past. In the last century, numerous mills were clattering on the Our, in which, among other things, the oak bark of the tan hedges was ground. This oak bark,…

Pure nature. Very varied. A little anti-hum is good, the side arms of the OUR are good for mosquito larvae. On the Luxembourg side there are few benches for a break.
Halfway through the tour there is a gas station with a shop.
Start from the Tintesmühle, nice café and campsite.

While browsing through the lovely "Eislek Wanderlust" booklet
from the Tourist Information in Ettelbrück, I chose this route for today.
The QR code in the booklet leads to a Komoot collection.
I had already copied the tour from @Sabine.

Similar to its sister trail - the Nat'Our Route 1 - this longish hike has two distinct parts. Whilst the German side isn't terribly interesting or demanding, the Luxembourg side is much more challenging... and simply gorgeous, with varied trails, perfect streams, lots of nature and a magnificent viewpoint.
The tour has been on my agenda for a long time, but has always been too long and too far away for me. Started early today in beautiful spring weather and drove to the border in Luxembourg. There is a small parking lot for hikers just before it. From there it always went along the valley. There were a few …

Started in Dasburg at the bridge. Difficult but very nice walk. Lots of climbing and descending sections.
Walking along the water is very soothing.
Well signposted.
We made it a day!

In May 2023 I walked Nat'Our number 5. Time for the next one. Close by; from the campsite in Enscherange. I also know Dasburg: from a holiday when I was a child. Unfortunately no sun today, otherwise perfect walking weather. The Luxembourg side of the Our is mainly walking on the mountain slope, on the German side more on the …
