Saalfelden to Saalbach Hinterglemm

Gravel riding

The tour starts in Saalfelden and initially follows a quiet asphalt road to Maishofen, before heading west along the Saalach River. On the bike path parallel to Klemmstraße, you'll cycle through Viehhofen directly to Saalbach Hinterglemm. If you like, you can extend the loop, for example, to Lengau or the Lindlingalm.

With a total of 62 kilometers and 790 meters of elevation gain, without any steep climbs, the route is easily manageable, and on the return journey, you can enjoy a relaxing downstream ride. It's a perfect tour for exploring the diverse Glemmtal valley and, in summer, experiencing the World Cup and World Championship venue on the Zwölferkogel in Saalbach Hinterglemm.
