The diverse panoramic trail in the municipality of Mülheim an der Mosel leads through the vineyards and through extensive forest passages and offers great views. 🌳🏰🍷 A well-developed hiking trail with several rest areas leads along the Veldenzer Bach near Mühlheim. Again and again you cross the rippling water on small wooden bridges. There are no significant inclines on the circular hiking trail. This is another reason why Tour is very family-friendly. You can stop off in Mülheim in cafés, restaurants or in taverns. Backpacking is the order of the day for on the go.
Such a great way. Comfortable to walk and just the right length. From the free parking lot it goes first through Mülheim and then into the vineyards. Parallel to the Moselle with a view of Bernkastel, it goes through a forest to then reach a really large vineyard. Back to Mülheim via serpentines through the vines. Wonderful and highly recommended.

A beautiful hike with lots of nature, 12 geocaches, and a Dutch shop that was unfortunately closed today. Instead, we had a delicious sandwich and ice cream at the butcher's in Mülheim. 😋😊
And again a tour with GPS interruption, tour length just under 14 km. And once again with the most lovely company 👭 Start: Parking lot at the old post office in Mülheim on the Moselle. The detour to Veldenz (in the unfortunately unsuccessful search for a place to stop) was worth it. A fairly unspectacular round, but it lives up to its name with great panoramic views. Eventually the clouds cleared and the golden light of the autumn sun bathed the landscape in a beautiful atmosphere.
